What owners should do now
- If the recalled dresser is not anchored, stop using it immediately. Place it where children cannot access it.
- Photograph the packaging code and the dresser. Keep order records from Amazon or Wayfair if available.
- Follow the matching CPSC notice. Gizoon and Alanca require different proof and disposal steps.

Gizoon refund instructions
CPSC says owners will be asked to write RECALLED on the top and all sides, send a photo to Gizoon Direct, and then dispose of the product. The dressers were sold on Amazon from May 2025 through August 2026 for $138 to $171.
Alanca refund instructions
CPSC says owners will be asked to write RECALLED on the top, front, and sides, remove all drawers, and send photos of the marked and disassembled dresser to Nanjing Wu Hai Smart Home. The dressers were sold on Wayfair from April 2025 through June 2026 for $206 to $240.
Keep children away during the recall process
Do not let children climb, play near, or retrieve items from an unanchored recalled dresser. Do not begin marking or disassembly until you have read the matching recall instructions and moved children away from the work area.
No injuries were reported
Both recall notices state that no incidents or injuries had been reported. The recall is based on instability and failure to meet the mandatory clothing-storage-unit standard required by the STURDY Act.
The practical bottom line
